THE GYM FAMILY

THE GYM FAMILY.

When we here the gym family we picture a father who is a lifter a mum who is a builder a sister as a gymnast and a brother as a crosfit.

But the truth is that is not  the gym family the gym family is the bunch that come in everyday. From different families and and life styles uniting for the purpose of fitness.
Be it aesthetics or massthetics, crossfire or just aerobics. They are the gym family because a bond formed in pain is unbreakable, that's why soldiers are brothers and this is the heavens gym family.
The pretty girls who come to the gym for pictures and to maintain sexy bodies

The guys who kill it but are never satisfied with their build

The slay queens who out train all the ladies and hang with the guys

And some goofing off
Diet cheat day

This is the real family my gym family  and we go the extra mile for each other. Now tell me about yours

ABDOMINAL

Sit-Up Execution 1. Hook your feet under the pad and sit on the decline bench with your torso upright. 2. Lower your torso backward until it is almost parallel to the floor. 3. Return to the upright position by bending at the waist. Muscles Involved Primary:  Rectus abdominis. Secondary:  Quadriceps, hip flexors. Anatomic Focus Hand position:  You may hold your hands together behind your lower back, cross them in front of your chest, or interlock them behind your head. As your hands shift position from your lower back to your chest to your head, the relative resistance increases. Foot position:  Secure your feet under a roller pad or comparable support. Body position:  Bend your knees to reduce stress on the lower back. Range of motion:  Your torso should be vertically upright in the sitting position, with your abdomen almost touching the thighs. Lower your torso backward until it is almost parallel to the floor, about three-quar...
A Scientifically Proven Way To Build The Perfect Male Body Let’s face it, as men we workout and eat healthy for one reason and one reason only: to look good. And while that may sound vain, the truth is, the majority of men go to the gym so that they can build a better looking body.  There’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to look better, especially with how critical society is on physical appearances these days. And don’t tell me you go to the gym so that you can lower your blood pressure or whatever. If we lived in a world where working out didn’t produce better looking bodies, I’m guessing most guys wouldn’t even step foot in the gym. But as millions of men slave away in the gym in order to build the perfect male body, most of them don’t even know how to build it. What is the perfect male body? The perfect male physique is one where any man, woman, or monkey will look at you and say “Damn that’s impressive.” It’s really that plain and simple. You want a bod...

CHEST

Incline Barbell Press Execution 1. While seated on an incline bench, take a shoulder-width overhand grip on the bar. 2. Lower the weight slowly until the bar touches your upper chest. 3. Push the bar straight up until your elbows lock out. Muscles Involved Primary:  Upper pectoralis major. Secondary:  Anterior deltoid, triceps. Anatomic Focus Trajectory:  The angle of incline determines trajectory. As the backrest is raised up and the incline increases, the focus shifts progressively higher up the pectoral muscle. The upper pectoral is best targeted when the backrest is inclined at 30 to 45 degrees to the fl oor. Steeper inclines of 60 degrees or more switch the focus to the anterior deltoid. Hand spacing:  A shoulder-width grip or slightly wider targets all areas of the upper pectoral muscle. Narrow hand spacing emphasizes the inner central portion of the chest and requires more effort from the triceps. Wider grips provide a greater stretch, targeting ...
