THE GYM FAMILY.

When we here the gym family we picture a father who is a lifter a mum who is a builder a sister as a gymnast and a brother as a crosfit.

But the truth is that is not  the gym family the gym family is the bunch that come in everyday. From different families and and life styles uniting for the purpose of fitness.
Be it aesthetics or massthetics, crossfire or just aerobics. They are the gym family because a bond formed in pain is unbreakable, that's why soldiers are brothers and this is the heavens gym family.
The pretty girls who come to the gym for pictures and to maintain sexy bodies



The guys who kill it but are never satisfied with their build

The slay queens who out train all the ladies and hang with the guys

And some goofing off
Diet cheat day

This is the real family my gym family  and we go the extra mile for each other. Now tell me about yours

Barlbell Curl Execution 1. Hold a barbell at arms’ length, using a shoulder-width underhand grip. 2. Curl the bar up to shoulder level by bending your elbows. 3. Lower the bar back down to the arms’ extended position. Muscles Involved Primary:  Biceps. Secondary:  Brachialis, brachioradialis, anterior deltoid, forearm. Anatomic Focus Hand spa cing :  A wide grip focuses effort on the inner biceps (short head), whereas a narrow grip works the outer biceps (long head). Grip:  With a straight bar, the underhand grip is fixed in supination (palms upward). Grip may be adjusted using an EZ bar (see Variation section).
